TREATS TO LOOK FORWARD TO 2026

Marion is already busy organising the programme for next year and it promises to be as varied and interesting as ever.

Some of the highlights to look forward to are:

February - Janus Day. Our AGM where we discuss what has been and what is to come. Put your thinking caps on and bring suggestions for events or lectures you'd like the Branch to organise.

March - Jayne Adams will be talking to us about Richard III - The Sussex King.

April - The John Ashdown-Hill Memorial Lecture will take place on the 11th and will include tea featuring John's favourite treats: teacakes, cheese scones and Eccles cakes.

May - Former Society chairman, Matt Lewis, will be talking to us about A Turning Point. Sounds mysterious, so be there to find out what it is!
